The idea behind Thumb sparked from a growing challenge in
today's corporate world: the abundance of data and information
silos in digital communication.
From meetings to emails, we miss a lot of key information that
can benefit and impact decision-making. So why don't have a
way to measure and quantify conversational data?
Thumb Was Born.
Today we're on a mission to democratize conversational analytics across
all revenue teams by combining the power of AI, ML, and NLP to unlock insights, automate workflows, and build collective success.
We aim to create a single source of truth for all Sales, Customer
Success, Customer Support, Marketing, and Product teams and
help them unlock revenue growth effectively.
Our customers are at the center of everything we do. We obsess over their needs and go above and beyond the call of duty to improve our service and solutions.
Curiosity drives success. We believe asking questions and continuous learning helps us stay innovative and competitive in this ever-changing industry.
We lead teams with transparency and open discussions. We share relevant information to achieve greater goals as we understand that power doesn’t come from withholding information.
We believe that if you're going to do something, you should do it right or not at all. We understand that mistakes can happen, but when they do, we take responsibility for them and learn from them.
Action and adaptability create opportunity. We understand change is inevitable and lead ourselves through chaotic and uncertain times by taking on calculated risks and greater challenges.
A diverse team is a stronger team. We actively embrace diversity, cultivating the strength of the individuals and our team. We respect each other no matter what the background.
